About the Durga
Durga is a teenage girl with courage in her heart, born into a warrior family devoted to safeguarding villages. Her father died in an ancient battle, defending both people and animals from a wild beast. Her mother passed away when Durga was only a small child, so she grew up under her father’s care, listening to his stories from the Vedas and Puranas.
Those tales shaped her spirit, teaching her courage, compassion, and respect for nature. When a massive lion threatens her village, that courage is put to the test, sending her on a journey to restore balance, earn the blessings of the five elements, and heal the world.
